1. Overview

Fridays Lab, Inc. provides an email marketing automation platform. The Fridays Lab, Inc.–Klaviyo integration lets you connect your Klaviyo account so that customer and engagement data can be synced between the two platforms, enabling unified flows, segmentation, and reporting.

This guide covers:

• How to install and authorize the integration
• How to use it day-to-day
• What data is shared between Fridays Lab, Inc. and Klaviyo

2. Prerequisites

Before installing the integration, make sure you have:

• An active Fridays Lab, Inc. account with Owner or Admin permissions
• A Klaviyo account with Admin-level access (required to authorize API/OAuth access)
• Your Klaviyo account already connected to your storefront (e.g., Shopify), if you plan to sync e-commerce data

3. Installing the Integration

1. Log in to your Fridays Lab, Inc. account and navigate to Settings > Integrations.

2. Locate Klaviyo in the integrations list and click Connect.

3. You will be redirected to Klaviyo to authorize the connection. Log in to Klaviyo if prompted.

4. Klaviyo will display a permissions screen describing the access Fridays Lab, Inc. is requesting (e.g., read/write access to profiles, lists, segments, and events).

5. Click Allow to grant access and complete the connection. If you click Deny or close the window, the authorization will not complete. Fridays Lab, Inc. will display the message: “Authorization was declined. Please authorize access by clicking ‘Allow’ to enable integration.” Simply repeat steps 2–4 and click Allow to finish connecting.

6. Once authorized, you'll be returned to Fridays Lab, Inc. and see a Connected status next to Klaviyo in your Integrations list.
